Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that items purchased at a discount, during promotions, or marked as sale items are not eligible for refunds or returns.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
If you need a different size or item, please request an exchange. Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label. Exchanges are subject to item availability.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
