We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once your order is placed, you’ll get a confirmation email right away. When your order ships, we’ll send you tracking details so you know exactly when to expect your package.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. If we’re experiencing a high volume of orders or an item is backordered, processing might take a bit longer—we’ll let you know.
📦 Lost or Missing Packages
Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Madison Anderson Beauty is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
If your package is lost in transit, we recommend the following steps:
1. Contact your local post office or delivery carrier to open a claim or trace request.
2. Check with neighbors or building management in case it was delivered nearby.
